"Line Access" is where you want to be.

This system is not a 7.0. This is some DR software probably.
MT told you to go to "Line Access" and assign those line to ring on exts for the appearance.

i have the right overlay but i don't think i have the right program information. I gave the station access to the lines but the lines don't appear on the phone, I need to know how to program the lines to appear and ring on that phone.
