The parties on my conference call stay linked when I hang up #140055 08/15/08 07:01 AM

Jordan Member Joined: May 2005 Posts: 137 Lexington, MA USA	A while ago I started making conference calls on my SoundStation 2 by: Making / answering the first call Pressing the Link button and 2 Making the second call Pressing Link * 3. I just discovered that if I hang up from the SoundStation 2, the other two parties stay connected. That might not be such a good thing many times. How do I disconnect one or both parties so they can't talk about me behind my back.

Is there some sort of paper that has all the feature you can us with the SS2? I thougt ther would have been something in the box, but I could not find anything. When I press Link #3 and split the call what do I do to toggle between the calls to see if the are split?

It explains all of the analog port's features (which the soundstation is connected to). Unsupervised conference is a normal feature of the ATA. To disconnect the conference you must split callers (link #3) and hang up on them individually. Once you've split the call, hang up, you can then retreive the 2nd caller by doing a Link 2.
