I know the manual says only two KLM's on a M7324, but has anyone put three(and have it work)?

Pretty sure you can, but need a separate SAPS.

You are confusing two different products.
M7324 + 2 CAPS (SAP is required)
T7316e + 4 KIMS (No SAP required)
T7316e + 9 KIM (SAP Required)

The first pair (white/blue) of the three pairs is the phone and the data going to the first CAP an/or the second CAP.
Pair two is -24 volts and pair 3 is -24 volts.
The first CAP uses the -24 volts on white/orange and the second CAP uses the -24 volts on the white/green.
