Build your tree with an english and spanish path. Keep good records and test it. The little bit of english a call pilot plays will not bother the spanish speakers. One who has built many, many, many bilingual trees!

The CP is FULLY bilingual by activating the bilingual function in system properties. Once activated the caller can toggle between the two languages by pressing 9. You load many different languages with the utility supplied on the CD.
You record your prompts in CCR and tables as PRIME and ALT languages. As well all canned built in prompts are toggled when pressing 9.

You are missing the main point telemarv.
Basic setup
-Company Greeting -English CCR Menu prompt -[1] english customer service department skillset -[2] english sales department skillset -[8] spanish menu prompt -[8.1] spanish customer service department skillset -[8.2] spanish sales deparment skillset.
This is not accomplishable with billingual CP enabled. Yes it will read the prompt in the designated alternate language. but you cannot transfer a call to an alternate operator or skillset.
We have spanish speaking operators tied to a certain skillset.
We also have english speaking operators tied to a english skillset.

But you can get fancy.
Thank you fro calling ABC for service spanish press 9
then you say in the Prime prompt for service press 1 for sales press 2. To rreach the operator dial 3.
In ALT prompt say for service press 4 for sales press 5. To reach the operator dial 6.
Turn off the GDM and remove the DN for the operator. Then if you press 0 you end up back in the CCR.
Don't give out the same options in each language. Although they are all available to both PRIME and ALT, the caller will be unaware unless they stumble on it by accident.
