They haven't disconnected the POTS line in the CO.......Get hold of a CO tech if possible. THe CSR's may say the POTS is discommected but unless it is taken out of the switch you will continue to have the problem.

John they just changed carriers was on a PRI line before Thanks anyway. Now having problems with them to find the trouble on that DID they said it was in our system.I changed the target line with a working DID and it worked they still say its our problem. Imagin that.
