Hello guys, I have a startalk that was installed on an 0x32, I tried to inititialize to setup for new office (same system) different users and greetings, but it seems that I may have done something wrong because now feature983 doeesn't respond (feauture not active). I tried the VM on a norstar616 to see if i could initialize or access but same thing (feature not active).
Any ideas?

Try removing the feature codes. I'll assume you know how to do this.
Then try both the high & low range for access. I'll assume the same thing.

A trained installer should know. If not, I suggest getting some training. The proceedure can not be disclosed in the open forum for security reasons.
