Marv - Tks but I have a question. I have a CP 100 that doesn't have the option. The only thing I can think that is causing this, is the fact that Basic Call Center is installed.

What version S/W? Every CallPilot 100 I've ever installed has the Holiday Greeting option (but I was a late bloomer and missed the first version or so). I've only installed Basic Call Center in a 150 and don't have it in front of me to check. Can do in a few days.

Callpilot 1.5 doesn't have holidays, nothing to do with Call Center. Upgrade your software to 3.1 (latest, and probably last) version. Plus, you will get greetings, AA tables and CCR trees "add caption" feature, for quick reference on your browser, instead of listening to messages.
Keep in mind shortcomings of holiday feature:
-Can't assign different holidays to separate tables; if you have two business or departments sharing a CP with different AA tables, it will play in all of them.
-Can't create a time period, i.e. 2 weeks vacation. Only day at a time.
Plus, upgrading to 3.1 will give you 99 AA tables!! isn't that great?! <-- sarcasm aimed at Nortel engineers.
