Hi,

We have a Meridian 1 Option 11 phone system with mostly digital M3902 handsets but also a few analog Polycom handsets too.
One of my users is moving offices. She currently has a digital handset but the office she is moving to has an analog handset. Whilst that is fine, we need for her exixting extension number to ring on the analog phone in the new office instead of the exixting digial phone.
So, if there's a way on the phone system can we we swap the numbers so they are presented 'elsewhere'. Really would like to avoid rewiring the ports !
Many thanks in advance.

You should be able to go into the appropriate LD and CHG the DN of the analog port to her needed extension. Hopefully you have access to the admin programming.
