Is it possible to take out an analog trunk card and replace it with a DTI card that will be made PRI with a PRI enabler soft key? If so, how is it accomplished.

Yes you can replace the analog trunk cards with a DTI on MICS 4.1 or higher. You will need the PRI enabler code, a Service or Combo card and a qualified technician to program the system.

Thanks Marv. My company does their data network but they have a different vendor for the Nortel system. My company is an agent for PaeTec and our sales dept wanted to see if the switch can handle a PRI T1. Their phone system vendor has been contacted.
