We have an Option 11 with M3904 phones. We have Caller ID via DID trunks on a PRI. The CLID display on the phone shows incoming numbers as [NPA]555 0123. How can I change the dispaly format to insert a trunk access code in front of the number, so a user, whilst in the Callers list, can simply press the "dial" softkey to draw dialtone and return the call? It would be helpful to at least be able to do this for local calls, great if it could also insert TAC and 1+ for long distance. TIA
