Option 11 PBX with Callpilot vm - M3900 Phones

After moving a phone, the user lost the availability to have her calls automatically go to voicemail if she is aleady on the phone. Below is the TN info:

I am no expert with this system, but I see:

HTD - Hunting Denied. Although with FBA you need this one.
CFHD - Call forward hunting override denied.
FICD - Forward Intercom calls Denied.

Maybe one of those is preventing it???

No problem but thanks for the reply. I found the fix earlier. For some reason the primary and secondary DN's were in the wrong order in Unity. Once I reversed them and tested we were good. Thanks again.
