I have found that the make set busy feature code is feature 810. However, when I enter it, I get a message that says "invalid feature". Is there something I'm missing here?

Are you talking about CC operation or you are talking about DND for Ext.?

I believe that F810 is for call center.
If you are not enabled for call center than that is a "invalid code".


If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
