The problem is with a BCM 400 with a PRI. When the main number is called it rings a hunt group that rings 13 phones including the receptionist set.
The receptionist is saying that sometimes a call will come in and it will only ring that set and not all of the phones. When this happens the display says line 61(62,63&64). These are channels on the PRI.
After she picks up the call then the CLID info shows up on the display.
I haven't worked much with the BCM's. I work mostly on Nortel CS1000's, Opt 61, Opt 11 and Toshiba systems.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help in advance!

In Capabilities for Telco Features by default all CID info set to Name as a first choice change it to Number. This is per Extension set up.

Maybe I need to clarify. The problem is not with the CLID info. The problem is with the lines not ringing all the phones in the Hunt Group.
When the display says line 61,62.63 etc. that is when it only rings at the receptionist set and not all of the other phones

Line 61 is a physical line it's not a channel on a PRI. You must have POTS lines connected asd well. Check the Prime DN for 61 it's probably your reception phone.
