I've been testing 7208 model phones to give them the ability to transfer a call externally (external # programmed as system speed dial). Currently there is a transfer button programmed However, when you activate the transfer function it does not allow you to use a system stored speed dial (Feature 0##). The display shows "transfer in use". The only way it seems that it would work would be to dial the number manually each time.

It must be dialed manually. You can not use a speed dial.
