I have a situation that has me baffled.
I've set up a new table and CCr for a customer. Here is the desired function.
Call rings in on one phone. After 4 rings it is answered by the AA and a bilingual CCR is played (press 9 to switch). The CCR has only one option press 1 to leave a message. If no digits are pressed the call again rings the original DN even though there is nothing entered in either of the attendant fields (table 2 or F982). The call should disconnect if no digit pressed.
Table 1 is another tenant and uses a different attendant DN.

Update:
The call to table 2 is ringing the reception for table 1.

What do you want to happen?
Are they allowed to press 0 for reception? If not then go to table/2/Atdnt/ and change it 000 and test.

Thanks Paul, No, I want it to disconnect, no operator. I've put none and it still defaults to the DN associated with the GDM.

I think what I will have to do is give tenant 1 recption her own mailbox and disable the GDM.

Marv: Can't say this is the answer, but what do you have for that LINE# for Prime Set?? Maybe with nothing happening, it is going to prime set. Just a thought - have not tried removing the prime set to know what it will do.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Marv, you can try clear data for Direct dial because VM is still part of the system extension and on silence trying to rich Internal Operator anyway.
