I am working on a Compact with 7316 keysets.

When one of the keyset users sets DND, the customer wants the autodial buttons on the rest of the keysets in the office with a button for that user's extension to display the symbol next to that button indicating that the user is in the DND status.

On most of the systems I work on, that seems to be the norm. When an extension sets DND, the buttons for that user on other phones display some indication of that ext being in DND.

There must be a setting that applies to showing DND status on the LCD's for the rest of the extensions in the office.

If someone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. =)

It may be a software level issue. I know 7.0 w/t7316e will display a "solid" triangle for the DSS key on an extension placed in DND.
