I'm testing call transfer with disconnect feature using remote set tools. When I intercept an incoming call and attempt to use F71 (flash hook), get "denied in admin".

make sure that extension is set to redirect its in capabilities if im correct

I've changed redirect to YES, but this still does not work. Any other ideas as to why I receive DENIED IN ADMIN?

What system, software is this? How are you intercepting the call using remote tools?

Figured it out! Under set restrictions is a field "ALLOW LINK" which must be set to YES.
