I know I am probably just missing a step because I have not done this for so long, but I am having a problem getting and Express Messaging Line setup for a mailbox on my BCM400 with Call Pilot voice mail.

Here is what I did so far.
- Setup VMail box 693 to pickup ext 693 (works fine)
- Setup Vmail box 693 Express Messaging Line to 412 and checked "Fax Only"
- Opened BCM Element Mgr and went to Telephony -> Lines -> Target Lines.
- Went to Line 412 and configured the following
--- Control set = 621 (default my system)
--- Prime Set = 300 (Vmail)
--- LineType = Public
--- Pub. Rec = 793
--- Pri. Rec = 793
--- Distinct Ring = None
--- Aux Ring = No
--- Dist Ring in Use = None
--- If Busy = Prime
--- VM Center = 1
--- No Assigned DNs

I have compared this to other lines that are picking up faxes dialed to (111) 222-3xxx however the latest Express Messaging Lines are not picking up like the others are. I am getting "Your call cannot be completed" errors.

I know I am probably just missing a step, but I can't recall what else I need to do other than specify the target line in the mailbox and configure the target line to pick up the 3 digit matching number.

This recording comes from provider only in two conditions:
1: You receiving 4 digits instead of 3 (X793) vs just 793 or that DID is not ported over your T1. MB 693 must have Fax Enable in its set up.
