When in RCC for BCM 4.0 request to get latest contact center data and I am getting a server busy error message. I tried rebooting the BCM trouble did not clear.

If you try to print do you get the following:
"Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer (0x80043AE3), Invalid TLV Record. /rcc/report_pages/common/AlwaysRequiredSteps.asp, line 61"
