I'm wondering if anyone, mods or whoever, is available for some one-on-one phone time to help me get a system re-programmed correctly after that wicked ice storm we had last week. A customer called us, and we are not a Meridian dealer, just Toshiba and Mitel. I know nothing about Norstar at all!! If so, shoot me a PM!! Thanks!

Thank you ALL for your quick responses! I did call Jim Wooten, and he got me all fixed up. I went with him since we were stationed together at some point in our Navy careers. His knowledge did the trick!! Again, thank you all for your responses. You're in my phone book, now!! :bow:
