hi

have a BCM400 R4 which uses the reporting for contact center software. I've got an issue whereby the real time data shows more calls than the reports.

i have the latest smart updates applied but still a big difference in the number of answered and abandoned calls

any ideas?

There may be combination of CC calls and direct extension calls.
