Okay, I am drawing a blank here. I can't remember if there is anyway that a user can get to another persons mailbox once they are in a user mailbox. For example, customer calls in and dials Joe... Once they get Joe's voice mail, the only option is to leave a message. Is there a way we can tell them to press something to try another extension?

It's not "0", it's "*" that you press to return to AA.

You can also instruct the caller to "please dial *222 to speak to my secretary" or set the target attendant on the particular mailbox to x222 and 0 out of the mailbox will go to 222 instead of the recpt.
