Hello,
Nortel system went down over the weekend. I troubleshooted remotely with an employee and determined there was no power. Move to a different power outlet and the power light came back on but it amber vs green. No phones.
My normal vendor is out until Wednesday. I am trying to determine ahead of time if I am going to need to replace the system or does it mean it just needs to be re-programmed. I understand nothing can be determined for sure until once onsite but I am looking for some input as to what it most likely is.
Thanks!
Thank You,
Troy

If the phones aren't working at all, I'd bet it's the system that's blown, not the phones; unless ALL the phones blew. That's unlikely.
