I used to have the progran to bring the 8314 set back to factory default. Would anyone happen to have it? thanks

Not sure what you mean by "a program".

Its not a program by itself. But by using different keys on the set you could put the set into a mode that would let you reset it back to factory defaut.

It's either like a M9316 or a M9417. Either way, there is no "program" to set to defaults that I know of.
