Sorry not sure how to explain this... Nortel Meridan Option 11 system using Call Pilot VM. (M3900 phones)
Two Phones: A & B
Phone A is ext 4132 Phone B is ext 4095. Phone A's display shows 4095 and 8095. However when you dial 4132 Phone A does ring. The vm light indicator is on but phone a has no new vm msg's.
I checked the programming in both CP and the switch. Nothing seems out of the ordinary. Any idea's???

Have you tried Disabling those phones then re-enabling them?
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
