Picked up a used Option 11 to putz around with.
Trying to get incoming calls to ring on all DN's. What's the best way to accomplish this?
I created the an IAO route in LD 16, and set AUTO to yes. I thought I'd create a group calling group with all DN's in in, and set the auto terminate DN to the group call DN......but I'm not sure how to create a group calling group.

Based on what you have already programmed I'd build a trunk under that route and put a DN under night and assign it on all sets as SCR XXXX.

This works, but is there any way to make incoming calls ring at all (or selected) sets without taking up a key...make it ring on the prime DN?

Nope. It takes up a key whether you do it that way or make the route a private route. If made a private route the PVR DN will still take up a key. Even if you ring it to an ACD DN it is still going to take up a key.

Ok...thanks. GOt it set up, but with one hitch...how can I make a ringing set grab the ringing line automatically. I have IRA set for each DN's CLS, but it seems to only work for the prime DN.
