First a disclaimer, I am a noob with BCM. My experience is with ICS and Avaya IP Office. But I have a customer that I have been given that has a BCM and I am being expected to take it over. Enough about me, here's my scenario.

I have a customer that has 3 locations with BCM's. The main branch has a BCM 400, the other 2 have BCM 50's (all software is current or one release ago). The main branch has a PRI and site 2 (ops center) shares it's lines with them. Branch 3 has it's own POTs lines. I have them all set up and talking to each other across the network, so that's no problem. Ops center can call out over the PRI and even has target lines directed at them. This is where my question comes in. I can't for the life of me figure out in programming how they did it even though I can add additional target lines to the ops center with no problems as if the PRI was coming into that location. But when I went to set up a target line at branch 3, it is not working.

Side note, another company installed the main branch and the ops center. I installed branch 3. So I am assuming there is a bit of programming I am missing somewhere, that for the life of me I could not find despite searching.

I think you have to use the "Line Redirect" feature to make this work. I know we ran across the same issue here and if I remember redirect was the only way to send incoming calls off-site.

Thanks, I'll check that out. Where is that located in programming?

You can also have AA pick up the target line and have path 0 in the CCR be an external transfer using routing.
