Hi everyone. My boss just bought a Nortel CICS and a Call Pilot 100 on ebay and I have the less than desirable task of installing it. I have everything set up on both units as I want them. The only thing that was not included with his bargain purchase was the software CD for the call pilot. I understand from the documentation that I pulled off the net and the prompt on the call pilot interface, that Nortel has a specific backup and restore program. How can I go about getting a copy of the CD that has this program on it?

Sorry to be blunt, but you get what you pay for. Go back to the seller and get the CD.

Blunt works...big question is though, if I called Nortel do you think they might hook me up with one?

This info can be downloaded from Nortel however you need to be authorized, if your not you are best to have an authorized vendor do this for you. Sometimes Vendors have the CD for sale.
