i have a bcm50 3.0....i can log into my element manager and make phone changes but i can't get into call pilot to make voice mail changes...any ideas...thanks

Is your pop up blocker blocking the additional page? If not you might have a certificate issue.

Same thing happened to me.
I had logged into an earlier release and when I went to work on a release 3, couldn't get the voicemail.
I ended up having to reload the element manager off the release 3 system and it worked.
