Working on a CICS that currently has 2 LS/DS trunk cards and we are installing 1 caller id card because the customer only has 4 lines. Does any one know which slot the caller id card should be inserted. Thanks

Depends on which 4 lines you want to have callerid on.

Slot 1 Card to the left is lines 1 thru 4
Slot 2 Card on the right is Lines 25 thru 28 or 31 thru 34 depending on your software level.

It's not the only you have to put card in. You have to program phones to show CID plus you supposed to have a Service from Provider.
