Call pilot 150 on Meridian, 2 PRI cards, 7 0x16 digital modules and 4 0x8 analog modules. Intermittantly when caller calls inbound DID, the call foward goes to main greeting and not personal mailbox. Happens about 1 out of 20 plus attempts when testing. I'm baffeled!!!

What are both the software levels on the CP150 and the KSU?

You may want to start with Prime Line and see what DN's they are set to for each target line.
Make sure that DRT and Transfer Call backs are longer than FNA settings.

Call pilot has been in and working for several years AOK!! I'll get back w/u on software but am pretty sure they are compatible. DID's pointed to targets aok and targets to DN's. Everything set to 5 rings. All this works MOST of the time!! Just every now and then calls go to main greeting or enough times for some employees to get miffed! I'll check these other settings... Make sure that your Target Line is not set up to be answered in the AA's Table you are using.

I'm leaning toward a questionable port on voice mail. Call pilot 150 4 physical ext plus the 4 "B" channel ext. I can go to an area w/ multiple phones and f981 to voicemail (did this on at least 7 phones aok)How would I check ALL the ports on the voicemail individualy?? I can only call the primary ext. to voicemail directly
Vad: This has just started happening several weeks ago. No-one has been in programming to change anything (I think???)Errr... one of you guys wouldn't mind P.Ming me your phone number for a little tech support??????

Is it random numbers or do you see a pattern? Time of day, is there an auto service mode?

1. Have 8 people enter F981 at same time, this will test 8 ports.
2. Check maintenance to see if all ports and b channels are viewed.
3. Hookup a laptop and view boot sequence.

Have you checked if there are any lines assigned to your vmail port DN's? If system start up was "square" then you might have line 1 and 2 assigned. this could potentially cause some problems.

telemarv- no observable pattern, totaly random. While on site last week called an ext. 50 times using intrnal ext calling, calling DID, xfered... never happened, yet Bob down the hall had 4 people call him and say the call went to main gretting...
Curlycord-The system administrator has the call-pilot software on a PC in thier office. When you say observe "boot sequence" do you mean restart call pilot and see what happens as it boots up on admin PC??
Sorry guys, I work on a LOT of differents brands and there-fore I don't know all the ins and outs... What do they say... jack of all trades master at none. Give me a manual and I can "maybe" figure it out (except in this case...)
