Is it possible to manipulate outbound caller id on loop start trunks from a Nortel CICS? I know it is possible using the OLI# while using digital links, but i am trying to figure out for a customer who says it has been done on their loop start trunks. I am not aware of any system being able to do this.

Thanks,

David

The best you can do is get the telco to use the CI of the pilot number on all the lines in a hunt group.
