My customer has a callpilot 100 on a CICS. It works fine until it is networked to the lan. Then it will run correctly for about one week. At that time you can log in with a feature 981, but you are logged out immediately. Also you can log in from a networked PC, but when trying to do any function the following message appears:

"Access Error: Data follows
when trying to obtain
/Voicemail-cgi-bin/.....

Form didn't call websDone".

Power cycling the callpilot will solve the problem for about a week.

So it runs ok for month without the network?

-If so llok at the network settings, make sure everything is at default except for the IP.....if the I.T. gave you a separate Subnet then use that only or check to make sure that you are to use one other than 255.255.255.0

-Presume issue is with F981 etc but make sure you have latest java installed on PC for web browsing
-Check network statu light
-Replace patch cord
-Change port on the networks switch
-Make sure you are using a 2 Prong Power Supply with 8volts.
-Hookup laptop via Hyper terminal, boot system and look for errors.
-If 2.5 or under then suggest to go to 3.1.
-Re-install voice mail to clear any bugs.

Thats all I can think of for things to think of or try.

Since the CP requires a static IP, I would look at an IP conflict. A device on the network that also is using the same address.

I was thinking the same as Marv.
Do you have a Salesman that comes to the office once a month, connects his laptop?

Except, Not sure what you mean by "you can log in with a feature 981, but you are logged out immediately".
