Customer has a mics 4.1 with pri an 50 did's. They have a cp 150 and are using the press 7 external transfer. Is there anything in programming that I coulde change, for the cp 150 to show the did number 555-5001 instead of the main pri number 555-5000 when using this feature.

Not sure when voice mail makes the call but try OLI programming under sets and insert your number....try this with vmails DN also.

You should be able to use the OLI feature of the DNs (all 8 of them) used by the CP.

Thanks for the suggestions Curlycord and Marv. If I change the OLI DN's on the CP to 555-5501 then thats what they will see. Does the CP not just flow through the incomming caller id information when it gets transferd out? If any one of those 50 did numbers hits the CP, press 7 to be transferd externaly, than they should see that paticular DID #, correct?

No, because the system is no actually transfering the call, it's doing a CO trunk to trunk.
