My RSI call accounting software is saying it can't see the phone system. I have red light on the CTA and I can plug a phone into the CTA and it works. If I don't have a phone plugged into it, I get a "no port". I've rebooted the computer. Is the CTA bad? Tks.

What does it say in maintenance for the port?
