I HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH A 8X24 WITH VOICE MAIL. CUSTOMER SAID THAT WHEN A CALL TRANSFERED BY THE OPERATOR RECALL BACK TO THE PERSON TRANSFERING THE CALL, SHE SAID THAT IT USED TO GO TO VOICE MAIL. IF THE AUTO ATENDANT TRANS CALL IT WILL GO TO V.M. I TOLD HER THAT THE PHONE NEEDS TO BE FORWARD BUSY/ NO ANSWER. SHE SAID THAT IT WAS NEVER THAT WAY. AM I MISSING SOMETHING IN PROGRAMMING IF SO WHAT ?

Ring back is lower number of rings than CFNA for the ext. Please don't use CAPS!
