wuzz1 Member Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 22 twin cities	I have a service call to change user names on a nortel option11.its been way to long since I have even seen this system.UGH.Is there way to have the receptionist do this as needed?Thanks for any input.

The other question is: Do you need to change the name in Voice Mail also??? If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
