i am trying tro find error codes on a bcm...the cd doesnt have a lot of them...i do have a nortel password and account...where if any could i find a list of error codes....thanks

Just that....at the Nortel site and the CD's and manuals.
Some codes only Nortel Support can translate.
What code are you getting that you need translated?

Alarm 63 - critical - CoreTelephony - No DTMF receivers available.
If this happens more than once in a 5 minute span check that any auto answer or DISA configured trunks are operating properly. If they are not operating properly reboot the system and contact your local support group.
501,508,509,510 I would not worry about alarms you cannot see in list, those Nortel have on their list.
