I have a norstar flash. All F98* and F9*1 are not work. When I dial a DN of voicemail, I get Log:. But I can not log on to any mailbox with correct password. Anyone any idea to fix it?

Try F**XFTEST
Remove all F98X codes
Reboot vmail and check F98X codes again.

Its same as config password on the KSU programming.

No, F98x are not work after remove all F98x. I try F**XFTEST AGAIN. It only show 903. There are no any 90x any more. I try F9*1 to add F98x it all not work.

You may have lost programming.
F903, say OK to the codes.
Now go to F983 if it asks for a password enter same password as Config
Setup and re-program voice mail.
If F983 says Log: then you should be OK
