How many lines (appear & ring) can be assigned to this phone? There are six buttons on the phone and I want to put four on the phone.

You will have to do some manipulating but you can use all buttons for lines. The phone thinks it's a 7310 so you have to move lines around with F*81 to get them onto the righthand buttons.
