Nortel -Option 11 PBX with Callpilot voicemail (m3900 series phones)

I was moving a phone remotely where two phones/people were switching offices but wanted to keep same number. I moved Phone A to an unused TN which was successful. I then went to move phone B to the TN Phone help previously before the move and my connection locked up or the system. Either way when i was able to get back in, the move was not complete for Phone B.

When I do a prt DNB for phone B (x4129) it comes up stating NO ACT SINCE NO DATE. I then do a prt TNB for the TN it was on and the TN is was supposed to move to and both show the error SCH0805 (specified TN is invalid). when I stat both TN's it shows UNEQ which would mean both are unused.

I tried doing a copy to the TN extension 4129 is supposed to from another phone. When I go to enter the DN 4129, it does not allow me to. When I print a list of unused DN's - 4129 does not show up.

Any idea how I can recover that extension???? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank You,

Troy

That would be a maintenance initialize...not a sysload. Initialize probably ain't going to solve that issue.

Thanks for the feedback! - Curious, what about translating that ext/number to a different number within the system? Is that possible?

Thank You,

Troy

Power down and power up. Sysloader will autorun and clear corruption unless it has been burned to memory.
