Customer has CICs 7.1, Call Pilot 100 3.1. Extension 221 is a t7316e with a t24 KIM. CO lines 1-6 appear and ring on extension 221, appear only all other sets. If a call is answered on line 1, and a second call comes in on line 2, the line key only flashes, does not ring. I never paid attention to this in the past with other installations, so I literally drove to another site 4 miles away and verified the same issue. What am I missing? Any help will be appreciated

I thought it rang but just a lower volume. You would think we know but we are not exactly end users to notice some things.

Double check the programming and make sure it really says Appear and RING for line 2.
Try calling line 2 directly and see if it rings when she is NOT on the phone.
Then as curlycord mentioned, turn the volume up. I have seen the volume down low for the first ring, the second line rings even softer when the user is on the phone, but the volume is down so low you can't hear it.

Did you use feature *80 and make sure it is LOUD for the testing?? If it rings on direct test, it should ring on second caller.

Try this. Again, use the FEATURE *80 before making the call. Use the volume bar and turn it up real loud.
Next call line 2 directly. It should ring loud. Then while it is ringing, push line 1 like you want to make a call. Does it quit ringing or just ring softer??

Is DND on busy turned on? That feature, if enabled, would probably prevent any other lines from ringing on your phone if you are on another call. Another thing to check, is to see whether or not you have Call Forward Busy set to forward calls to the CallPilot or another extension.
