I have a Call pilot 100 with 10 Mailboxes on a cics

I created 4 Subsciber Guest(no phone) Mailboxes and Two of them work fine,but the other Two I can not leave a Msg when I call in on a Back door line which gets answered by the main company greeting and dialing the mailbox # 253 or 254
its says "The person you are trying to call is not avaiable " then I get return to main greeting
I am able to log on to the mailboxes and check for msgs
any ideas

Are you sure they are subcriber and not info boxes?

Have those 2 mailboxes been setup by the users?

I just added the mail boxes and they are subsciber mailboxes and I can log on to them and check for messages and send a msg to them .
I do remember at one point when I was adding the mailboxes they did show as info so then I tought that I was maxed out at 10 but only had 8 so I went back in and try to add more and they came up as subscriber I even deleted them and added them again whith the same results I think what I need to do is conect my lap top to the voice mail and see if there is something missing

Make sure they don't have Extension numbers assigned. If they Guest's MB you supposed to go to Greeting right away.
