I was sent a preprogrammed BCM400 it has 2 8x16 MBM I installed the system all T7316E dig phones I cross connected the telco lines w/bl bl/w w/or or/w skip skip w/sl sl/w r/bl bl/r skip skip and so on for 6 lines when connected to systen co lines do not work you can't dial out and there is no dial tone at phone are my co lines connected right is there a site with easy to understand diagrams can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Is there not an installer's manual with it?

Why didn't YOU program it? It could be not programmed properly for the way YOU want it to work.

Where did you buy this.....from a dealer, or eBay?

All manuals for the BCM are stored on the unit's HDD and accessed through an internet browser.

On the bottom amphenol the 1st pair is co 01. you skip a pair then cross connect the 3rd pair (wht/grn) for co 02. You connect every other pair for co lines.
