Added a new MBX 402 to a CP150.
This is a subscriber mailbox with no extension tied to it.
Tried to add it to a CCR Tree and got the response MBX not initialized.
So the tech went to F981 from an admin phone and it doesn't recognize the MBX.
Do we have a sync problem between the CP and MICS?
They have other mailboxes just like it but this that work but this one won't initialize, even tried to delete and recreate and create others with no luck?
Any idea's?

Because there's no ext attached to it, at any admin phone F981, then hit the "Other" key, then enter the MB number as well as the password and OK. Then follow the prompts.
