I have a customer that had me make a bunch of changes to their CP150 today. 2 Things they want is 1. Either have an option to repeat the main greeting or automaticaly repeat it. Example whould be "to repeat the menu please press 7" 2. They would like "0" to be routed to an external phone number instead of any on-site phones. We are using the CCR tree with most options sending calls to other call centers.
I have been through the manuals and have not found any options that will work for them.

Any help would be apreciated.

Stephanie

The choice is in the Browers to choose repeat key or are you using the phone to program?

To forward on pressing zero you have to use a phone that is CF external.

I would turn off zero as an option. To do this remove any operator settings and disable the GDM. When zero is pressed, caller would hear "the operator is not available" and the CCR menu would repeat.

As Curly points out, a repeat key option is available on the table screen of the browser interface. You can't set one from a telset.

Thanks,
I've never seemed to have much luck getting into the CP's using my browser. I always just use the telephone for programing. Maybe I should give it another try.

Thanks

Stephanie
