I'm having a problem with the phones on the BCM 400 4.0 randomly dropping calls. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, it just happens every now and again. Is this something I should contact our voice carrier about, or is something within the system?

I think the problem with carrier. What lines do you have? T1 or POTS?

Then it is definitely T1. You have some framing or clock issue.
