I recently installed a Call Pilot mini for a customer previously running a NAM that crapped-out.
This is a MICS 4.1 . Several days after the install mailboxes that were previously initialized, began to revert back to a un-initialized state, and reverted to the General Delivery mailbox as if they had not ever been initialized by the user.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I am wondering if I have some bad flash in this Call-Pilot, but I have not found any posts relating to this problem.

Thanks,

Call Pilot 100

Did you reinstall (default system) the Call Pilot or was it new out of the box?

What version is it? F983/Login/9

Sheet shows any version is ok with 4.1

Make sure its a 2 prong Power Supply

If you have a bunch of spare mailboxes then create an intialize a few and check back later remotely. Just incase customer is not expalining problem correctly.

Reboot while on site

All I can think of.

Curlycord,

The power supply was the two prong type 8 volt

part # A0517863.

I could not reboot today , but will try to do this on my next trip to the site.

Thanks,
