I have a BCM 450 and a BCM50 networked with IP trunks. The 4 digit dialing and voicemail is working between locations as well as the remote making outgoing calls throught the 450's PRI. My issue is this. The customer is using AA 24/7 when the caller is given the options in the CCR tree to go to the remote, the system is saying the person you called is unavailable. It will not transfer the caller to the remote location. I can however transfer the caller if they 0 out to the attendent on the 450. So why is the CCR not forwarding the call to the remote extension? I have the CCR tree path programmed as a transfer to intercom to the remote extension. Any ideas?
