How do you change the message on the auto attendant. In this particular case it is auto attendant 2. This auto attendant answers callers with a message and allows them to transfer to an extension by pressing one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds more like the CCR than the AA that needs changing.
1st off you need to know the admin passwords for the voicemail. If you don't, you'll need and should get someone in there to set it up for you.
If you try playing with a Nortel VM without the expertise, you could cause a LOT of trouble and cost BIG bucks to fix it.
